The tea salon [Salon de Thé Fauchon], which offers afternoon tea, signature sweets popular in Paris, and limited-edition flavored teas, is offering a tropical afternoon tea. The exotic delicacies include sweets and savories made with tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. The exquisite welcome tea, which is brewed over many hours, is a must-try.

Le Bar Fauchon, an adult hideaway located on the top floor of the hotel, will start offering a beer garden set that is perfect for summer from July 13th (Thursday). Craft beer using Fauchon tea leaves, Earl Gray Freshness with draft beer. Experience the beer garden of French gastronomy with apéro set and pomme frites, which are lined with snacks that go well with beer.

［The Fauchon Champagne Mojito and Frozen Cocktail are the two drinks to look out for at Le Bar Fauchon. The original mojito, made with Fauchon Champagne Brut, uses plenty of lime and mint for a refreshing and clean taste.

The two frozen cocktails are daiquiri kiwi and raspberry flavored. The flavors are more powerful than they appear.

Also at Salon de Thé Fauchon, the "Coupe Glace à la Paix," a parfait using juicy peaches, is now available in a limited edition of 10 per day.

Also of note are the two types of affogato that have been added to the lineup. Te Affogato, a tea affogato, and Fauchon Blend Affogato, which uses espresso, are both priced at 1,452 yen (including tax) with a small pastry. Both have a deep flavor and melt-in-your-mouth rich vanilla ice cream, and will be available year-round.
