Hilton Garden Inn, one of the Hilton Group's brands, has opened its first restaurant in Japan. Located on the first floor of the Hilton Garden Inn Kyoto Shijo-Karasuma, which opened last fall, Together & Co. is a spacious restaurant with a high ceiling and seating for 201. The restaurant offers Western cuisine using seasonal vegetables as well as Japanese ingredients unique to Kyoto such as white miso paste, chirimen sansho (a type of Japanese pepper), and black shichimi (a type of spice). This spring, a variety of new menu items are available for lunch and other occasions. You can enjoy colorful dishes such as our special butter chicken curry and waffle meals.
For lunch, in addition to three popular standard pasta dishes such as peperoncino with shibazuke pickles, a new spring menu is available. Among them, we recommend the Butter Chicken Curry made with seven spices, including black seven spice. This spicy curry is served on turmeric rice topped with fried onions and is filled with large pieces of Japanese chicken. The mild flavor is popular among all generations.

Also not to be missed is the quiche plate, baked with an abundance of seasonal vegetables. This stylish plate, with a small selection of colorful side dishes, is gaining in popularity among women. Waffles are usually thought of as dessert, but an innovative waffle is baked less sweet and crispy, and sandwiched between homemade pâté and rolled egg. A seasonal main dish, maple and saikyo baked cherry sea bream (with soup and bread) for 2,100 yen, is also available.
A new seasonal waffle plate has also been added to the dessert menu. The plate is filled with strawberries, blackcurrants, red currants, and other berries, and is served with fresh cream and custard cream, making it a hearty and satisfying dish.

After lunch, enjoy conversation over a leisurely cup of tea, or work at one of the many electrical outlets located throughout the restaurant. Each café time can be spent freely.

A menu that is perfect for the warmer weather and goes great with beer is now available for dinner. In addition, there are many other a la carte dishes using Kyoto ingredients.
