The lunch menu at Hyssop, a café-restaurant on the fourth floor of the GOOD NATURE STATION commercial complex in Shijo-Kawaramachi (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto), will be renewed on October 14, 2022 (Friday).
The concept of "beautiful and satisfying meals" that incorporate plenty of nature-derived images such as vegetables, herbs, Chinese medicine, veganism, and flowers has been maintained, but has been reborn as something more casual and easy to use on a daily basis.

The new signature menu item, "Herbal Lunch Plate," is a one-plate lunch consisting of eight food items all made from plant-based ingredients. The menu includes roasted organic vegetables served with homemade sauce, hamburgers made from "Omnimeat," a plant-based 100% meat substitute, and other items that offer a new dining experience.
