A special event to experience Kyoto's food culture will be held at the Ajiawaikan, the Kyoto Food Culture Museum.
Mr. Hiroshi Sasaki of Gion Sakaki, a famous restaurant in Kyoto that is hard to get a reservation, will give a light-hearted talk and cooking lesson.
After experiencing Kyoto's culinary culture through practical training, visitors can take a special tour (1F only) of the important cultural asset, the Ageya building, at the Kadoya Museum of Hospitality Culture, located in the former flower town of Shimabara.
