
The dinner course at the Kyoto fusion restaurant Les Confluents, located in the Agora Kyoto Karasuma hotel in Karasuma, Kyoto, will be renewed on December 10, 2021 (Friday). Mr. Soshi Ueno, who trained at a five-star hotel in Paris, the home of French cuisine, and served as sous chef at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo in Ginza after returning to Japan, will supervise the restaurant.
