The first issue focuses on "deliciousness" of the future, and features such new trends that are beginning to blow in Kyoto as the zero waste food waste Kyo-Kaiseki (Kyoto-style kaiseki) concept by Yoji Satake of Minokichi Takemorou, and a new supermarket that opened this summer that does not produce garbage. The contents of the exhibition will give you a sense of the new wind that is blowing in Kyoto.
