Hyssop, located in Kawaramachi's GOOD NATURE STATION, will be offering a vegetarian hot pot called "Seishin Hana Nabe," which is an adaptation of a local dish from southern Vietnam called "Hana Nabe.
The "vegetarian flower hot pot" is a unique pot with a concave center, a "flower hot pot" dish using edible flowers that has been eaten in southern Vietnam for centuries, arranged in the "Hyssop" style. While retaining the beautiful and exotic atmosphere of hana nabe, Hyssop has incorporated elements of Chinese herbal medicine and medicinal herbs, using only vegetable ingredients. This unusual hot pot, which is rarely seen in Japan, is recommended for vegans, those who want to tone their bodies, and those who want to rest their stomachs.
